WhatsOnCPH is an event discovery and planning platform for Copenhagen, operated by Donfeldt Discoveries ApS (CVR 46069153). By using this service you agree to these terms. The service is governed by Danish law.

You may use WhatsOnCPH for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute event listings without permission
• Use the service to send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system
• Use automated tools to access the service at scale

Event listings on WhatsOnCPH are sourced from public third-party sources and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy of event details including dates, times, prices, or venues. Always verify information directly with the event organiser before attending.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@whatsoncph.dk.

To the fullest extent permitted by Danish law, Donfeldt Discoveries ApS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on event information displayed on the platform.

Event organisers or rights holders who wish to have a listing removed or corrected may contact us at hello@whatsoncph.dk. We will process removal requests within 5 business days.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
