Privacy Policy

WhatsOnCPH is operated by Donfeldt Discoveries ApS (CVR 46069153), a Danish company. We provide an event discovery and planning platform for Copenhagen. You can reach us at hello@whatsoncph.dk.

When you create an account we collect:

• Your email address
• A hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text)
• Events you highlight and add to your calendar

We do not collect payment details, physical addresses, or any sensitive personal data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your data is used solely to provide the service — authenticating your account, storing your highlights and calendar, and improving the platform. We rely on legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) for account-related processing and consent for any future marketing communications.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@whatsoncph.dk. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

As a data subject you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk)

We use Supabase (EU-hosted) for authentication and database storage, and Vercel for hosting. Both are GDPR-compliant processors. Event listings are sourced from public third-party sites; we do not share your personal data with event organisers.
