Looking for a mindful way to start your Sunday? Come and join for a relaxed outdoor vinyasa practice. We will begin with breathing exercises, a gentle warm-up, then following with an energetic flows and closing with a meditation. **Discomfort level - 2/5** All levels are welcome. **Recommended** Avoid eating within 2 hours prior to event start, even if we will only do some gentle movements. **What to bring** \- Exercise/Yoga mat \- Comfortable exercise gear \(no jeans please\) \- Water \- Sun lotion \- Props \(optional\)\, e\.g\. block\, strap\, if you have/use them \- Towel\, if needed If the weather forecast is unfavorable, the event will be cancelled and status will be updated. **Useful links** What is Vinyasa Yoga **About me** I am passionate about yoga which have been practicing for 10+ years.
