Yoga in the Parks is open to everyone. The teachers will guide you during the practice - you don't need to be an experienced practitioner, have great flexibility skills or a certain body type. No sign-up needed. Bring your own yoga mat Each class is 90 minutes, and includes 3 phases: 1. Awareness & warm-up exercises 2. The main yoga practice 3.
