ELEKTRONIC MUSIK FOR BEGINNERS – Summer COURSE

Curious to learn more about electronic music? Then come and join this weekend course with electronic music for beginners!

In this two-day course you will be introduced to how you can work creative and playfull with sound and music. We start from scratch and we will learn different concepts, being used when creating and listening to music. Central for this course, is that we will be working in the music program Abelton 12. You will be introduced to basic elements to work in the program. Abelton 12 is being used by professional musicians aswell as hobby-producers. So if you are all new to creating electronic music, but curious to learn more, then this course is for you. Electronic music is a broad concept and can span across all kinds of genres, characterized by the fact that most of the sounds in the music are generated by electronic instruments. You will learn about sampling, audio and MIDI effects, and the different instruments Ableton offers. We are looking forward to seeing you! Day 1: Introduction to Abelton and elctronic music. Day 2: Make your own track Practical info We meet Saturday the 11th from 11-15 and Sunday the 12th of July from 11-14 in Tårnværelset on the 3rd floor. You get there by taking the stairs up by the entrance. There is no elevator. It costs 500 kr. to join. The price includes coffee/tea. You can buy your ticket on the page below.
